San Francisco native and USC Grad, Kelsey Crane is the owner of Quench Staffing Agency (@quenchlife) providing high-end staff for red carpet events in LA, NYC, SF, TX, and Miami as well as an actress. Her television appearances include a recurring role on ABC Family's series Chasing Life, as well as guest spots on Scandal, Dexter, Law & Order, and How I Met Your Mother.
How did you get into the Fashion/Beauty Industry and what do you love about it?
I began as a promotional model and eventually opened my own agency, Quench Staffing in 2009. We absolutely love working with empowering fashion/beauty brands and collaborating through our virtual casting system so they may hand pick their Quench staffing team. We make sure our clients find their perfect team of gorgeous, articulate brand ambassadors. At Quench, we completely understand that while this industry focuses on outward beauty, inner beauty is the most essential accessory.
What is your advice for someone getting into the Fashion/ Beauty Industry?
Be specific with your goals. Isolate for yourself your industry heroes and grow relationships with your mentors. Consistently re-inspire yourself by staying as current as possible with all industry related news and developments. Be honest. Be humble. Be curious. Stay healthy - Eat well and exercise. Prioritize family and friends - They are essential to your success.
